Pride Park was our destination for a special day with two Derby County fans, who were to be Rammie’s special guests for the match. Jack and Myles were nominated by our friend Maria Hanson who runs local charity Me & Dee, who provide special moments when time is precious for people of any age with life-threatening conditions
Jack and Myles came along with their families and we were also joined by Maria and her friend Will and met them all outside the impressive main reception at the stadium. After a couple of pictures we met the lads’ host for the day, Lauren, who explained what would happen in the time before kick off.
We were then escorted through the players entrance and past the dressing rooms to the side of the pitch. Soon we were joined by Derby manager, Nigel Clough, Me & Dee ambassador Ben Davies and other players for picture opportunities.
Derby County kindly allowed both Jack and Myles to go onto the pitch in their wheelchairs just ahead of kick off, where they joined the other mascots in the pre-match pictures.
They were then escorted to their positions behind the goal to watch as Derby easily beat the visitors 3-1!

Thank you to all at Derby County particularly Carly Burns and Lauren and Maria for nominating the lads.
