One of the two Kicks that took place on Saturday was our fifth trip to The Galpharm Stadium, for the massive promotion clash between Huddersfield Town and Peterborough United.
Kieron was nominated by Martin Wolfenden of Brighouse School and came along with the rest of his family for his big day out. After arriving at the stadium he received his Town kit before being taken to the dressing room to meet the players, have his picture taken with them and get his programme signed.
Then it was time for a coaching session on the pitch with the other mascots before going back into the tunnel to lead the team out just prior to kick-off. Kieron then returned to his seat in the stand with the rest of his family to watch as Huddersfield snatched an injury time equaliser to draw the game 1-1.
After the game we were told that all the family ‘felt like royalty’ so we would like to pass on our thanks as always to everybody at Huddersfield, especially Karen and Catherine for looking after us brilliantly on the day.
