The chance to lead the teams out at Posh’s crucial last match of the season is up for grabs to local youngsters, along with a special money can’t buy offer to watch the game from the Directors’ box.
An auction to bid for the final mascot package of the season will be held in the run up to the big day on May 7th when Peterborough United’s special Charity Day will support Sue Ryder – Thorpe Hall Hospice, Free Kicks Foundation and ASBAH.
The charities will organise lots of fundraising activities on the day including a mascot race and cross-bar challenge but will start with the auction. Bidding will be open on Monday 18th April until Wednesday 27 April through Ebay.
The mascot package includes a full Posh kit, goody bag, tour of the ground, a chance to meet the players and a kick about on the pitch before leading the players through the tunnel. There will also be three additional tickets to watch the match from the family stand.
